I am as slow as a slug at the dinner table
and as fast as a cheetah when time for dessert.
I wake up in the morning as ready as a race track runner
and go to sleep like a caterpillar in its cocoon.
I am as tiny as a mouse and as hyper as a monkey,
but when a cat tries to stop me…

I just stop to pet it.
