Kindergarten,
I was scared and small,
but it was fun after all
and before I knew it,
I was already in first grade.

First grade was fun,
bug study and rollerskating.
That was fun,
but then it was done.
And before I knew it,
I was already in second grade.

Second grade, what a parade!
After 4 months of school,
Covid came in
and remote learning became the school journey.
And before I knew it,
I was already in third grade!

Third grade started hybrid,
it was full of fun, drama was in everyone!
And before I knew it,
I was already fourth grade!

Fourth grade was
full of laughter, and
had teachers good
for everyone, and one
day, around May, we
found out we looped!
And before I knew it,
we were already in fifth grade!

Fifth grade is so cool,
especially with this school.
We went on cool field trips,
and we learned new things too,
and now we’re off to middle school!
And before I know it,
I won’t be here,
I’ll be in 6th grade!

And, I’ll remember PS 321
in my thoughts so clear.
