Dear Lady Liberty,
You stand tall for everyone.
You are always green.
Green as can be.
You are greener than the forests you hide.
Your flame lights the way
For the people who hide in the dark.
You are the light
That many people have never seen before.
You stand tall
For every immigrant that comes through your path.
But you also walk.
Walk to the waters that have never been seen before.
Walk to the places that are different than others.
You, Lady Liberty,
Are the light that everyone hopes to be.
