The Very Weird Day

One day I just lay in my bed,
1,000 thoughts raced through my head.
When sadly my mother appeared,
The woman I most often feared.
I developed some dread,
I turned completely red.
But when I fled,
I luckily pulled ahead.
But it didn’t last long,
When I heard a big bong,
I stopped and turned,
And soon I learned;
That mom burned
A table that was overturned;
But when I turned around,
I found a compound-
That held my dad,
A very nice lad,
Who was surprisingly happy,
But certainly was quite yappy.
This day is pretty sloppy
I really hope I don’t get a copy.
