The wolf pack was on the hunt
looking for prey behind and in front.
The wolves’ yellow eyes
were like detectives or spies.
I saw them catch a moose
and never let it loose.
They were so strong
I thought my eyes were wrong.
I was so scared.
Wolves are so rare,
All I could do was stare.
