This rainbow dragon has burning hot scales
that glow in the sun.
Red, orange, yellow, green.
Blue, indigo and violet.
When it breathes, that rainbow fire comes blasting out
as hot as flames.
Burning, Burning, Burning,
into hot, black, burning ashes.
The red scales look as red as blood.
The orange scales look as orange as the wild sun
(but just a teeny, teeny, teeny bit calmer).
The yellow scales look as yellow as a burning hot banana.
The green scales look as green as the Emerald City
in The Wizard of Oz.
The blue scales look as blue as a sapphire.
The indigo scales look like a very, very, VERY scary lake.
Those violet scales look like purple venom squirting out.
